WHAT YOU’LL DO

The region's finest dishes are reimagined as a plant-based feast.
Vegan diners can enjoy the authentic Southern fare thanks to this inventive cooking class that transforms American classics into animal free favorites. Chef Regina puts her creativity to work in a session redefining the concept of comfort food for a contemporary palate.

Start the lesson by preparing BBQ king oyster mushroom "rib tips". Later, create collard greens brimming with bold garlic and roasted tomato flavor, conjure silky macaroni and cheese that uses organic tofu and coconut cream as a silky sauce and bake a homemade Bourbon and peach pie. Along the way, you'll practice time-tested traditional techniques used by cooks for generations. Sign up to for this class today!

This was a fantastic class! Chef Regina is an incredible instructor, and her recipes are exceptional. The "New Orleans Fare Made Vegan" class included crabless cakes that were better than many crab cakes I've eaten, better jambalaya than I got in New Orleans for my honeymoon last month, and the best bread pudding I've ever eaten. (I have never liked bread pudding - until now!) I was thrilled with this class and will definitely seek out additional classes!

Regina opened up the doors to her home and hosted a wonderful event. It was intimate, good people, even better food, good music, good libations, what more can I say! I even had the opportunity to sing with the guitarist that was there, so cool. We sang Christmas songs between snacking and drinking. Listen and listen well, don't miss the next one!
