Cooking Class - Moroccan Medley

What You’ll Do

Travel to North Africa and sample the aromatic, colorful, and altogether wonderful food of Morocco.

There's no passport necessary to go on this culinary journey to Morocco with Chef Jane. In this hands-on class, she will guide you through a classically filling three-course Moroccan meal that might just make it's way into your weekly dinner routine.

You'll begin by brewing a healthy and warming carrot stew. Next up will be a traditional Moroccan dip — that is as fun to say as it is to eat — served with a quick pan flatbread. For the entree, you will prepare slow braised lamb roasted vegetables and couscous.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We were transported back to our honeymoon this evening after one bite of Chef Jane's incredible meal. She was on time and so friendly. After I showed her around the kitchen, she swiftly prepped a 3-course Caribbean feast for us. The plate presentation was a lovely final touch, and everything tasted amazing. Once finished, she cleaned up and was on her way. If I could afford to hire her for every meal, I 100% would. Can't wait to enjoy her expertise again.

Jane was wonderful! She was a great teacher and easy to talk to. She introduced us to new types of vegetables and ways of cooking them. Highly recommend for a fun night in.
