We were transported back to our honeymoon this evening after one bite of Chef Jane's incredible meal. She was on time and so friendly. After I showed her around the kitchen, she swiftly prepped a 3-course Caribbean feast for us. The plate presentation was a lovely final touch, and everything tasted amazing. Once finished, she cleaned up and was on her way. If I could afford to hire her for every meal, I 100% would. Can't wait to enjoy her expertise again.

Jane was wonderful! She was a great teacher and easy to talk to. She introduced us to new types of vegetables and ways of cooking them. Highly recommend for a fun night in.

Inviting Chef Jane to our home was a culinary delight. As reggae tunes set the mood, she adeptly guided us through the Caribbean feast, teaching knife skills, kitchen organization, and essential cooking techniques. Each of us had our dish segments, and under her expert coordination, everything came together flawlessly. The highlight? Torching our own crÃ¨me brÃ»lÃ©es to perfection. I highly recommend Chef Jane for an immersive and memorable cooking experience!

It was an awesome experience. Jane was extremely nice and patient, answered all questions, and made us feel comfortable cooking. Funny, endearing, what more could you ask for. For those that fear covid, she took all necessary precautions and we would cook with her again. What would this review be without speaking on how delicious the food is. I'm excited for leftovers tomorrow :)

We had a wonderful experience with Jane. The meal we prepared was delicious and nutritious. Jane was well-prepared and on time. She was very helpful and shared lots of information with us, not only about the meal we were preparing.....but also tips and tricks to make cooking vegan and otherwise for a working mom easier. We really enjoyed having her in our home and look forward to doing it again.

Jane is a gracious and informative instructor. We prepared beef Wellington, an intimidating dish to us. Jane broke it down into a process and we canâ€™t wait to make it for friends. It was delicious along with the other sides and desserts we prepared. We would highly recommend her and she is multi talented - instructor, caterer. She truly has a passion for food and hospitality.
