We were transported back to our honeymoon this evening after one bite of Chef Jane's incredible meal. She was on time and so friendly. After I showed her around the kitchen, she swiftly prepped a 3-course Caribbean feast for us. The plate presentation was a lovely final touch, and everything tasted amazing. Once finished, she cleaned up and was on her way. If I could afford to hire her for every meal, I 100% would. Can't wait to enjoy her expertise again.

As reggae tunes set the mood, she adeptly guided us through the Caribbean feast, teaching knife skills, kitchen organization, and essential cooking techniques. Each of us had our dish segments, and under her expert coordination, everything came together flawlessly. The highlight? Torching our own crÃ¨me brÃ»lÃ©es to perfection. It was an awesome experience. Jane was extremely nice and patient, answered all questions, and made us feel comfortable cooking. Funny, endearing, what more could you ask for. For those that fear covid, she took all necessary precautions and we would cook with her again. What would this review be without speaking on how delicious the food is.
