Booked the class Make Vibrant Holiday Ravioli with Chef Cristina in King of Prussia

We enjoyed our ravioli making class, it was absolutely delicious! Tasha was a great teacher and we will definitely try this recipe at home. Our only feedback is that we went as a couple and didnâ€™t love that our group was a foursome and that meant that other peopleâ€™s hands were all over our food. I understand that some might come as singles and thatâ€™s absolutely greatâ€”we love meeting new people and sharing the table space with others is enjoyable. But not everyone adheres to the food handling rules and this was a bit off-putting. If the recipe could be split up for each person or twosome to have their own ingredients, we would have enjoyed it a bit more. Again, loved the recipe though.

We went for the rustic Italian date night and cooked chicken, risotto and radicchio and arugula salad. It was a fun experience! Our chef gave us great tips and was always available for help. It was fun working with another couple.

Anaâ€™s Mediterranean Delights cooking class was fantastic. She explained each step really clearly, kept a comfortable pace, and made the whole experience fun by sharing helpful tips and little food facts along the way. Iâ€™d definitely recommend her and would absolutely go again. The dishes turned out delicious overall, though a few elements could have used just a touch more seasoning to really bring out the flavors. My only real piece of constructive feedback is about the setup: our group of four was given just one station, which made it feel a bit cramped and limited how hands-on each person could be. Having two stations for a group our size would have made the class even better and given everyone more room to participate.

Our experience with the Resident Chef, Ana, and we made Mediterranean Delights (Greek Salad, Pita Bread, Lamb Meatballs, Eggplant Dip, Spanakopita, and a Sour Cherry Soda. Ana is a great teacher. She is clear, patient, and she provided great tips throughout the entire experience!

We came for my fiancÃ©s birthday since he is a chef. We both learned a lot! Even though I am not a chef, and barely cook, I throughly enjoyed myself! Chef Kerrianne (Carey-Ann maybe? I canâ€™t spell!) was wonderful. She did an excellent job explaining and keeping us engaged!

Booked the class Classic St. Patrickâ€™s Day Macarons with Chef Cristina in King of Prussia

The class was spectacular - the chef was very professional, instructions were clear, fun was had by all. And the macarons were delicious! The only issue we had was with Cozymeal. It said the class started at 9 when it actually started at 10, and that it would last 2 hours when it was actually a 3 hour class. The chef listed in Cozymeal was not the chef we had.

The resident chef was great. The class however was overbooked. 4 people to a table was at least one maybe two too many. We paid to learn and practice the skills and techniques and we really only got to do half of the experience due to sharing the space and duties.
