Immerse yourself in the rich spices of Moroccan cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. Begin with a refreshing orange salad with mint and olives. Then, master roasted chicken with caramelized onion and preserved lemon, a fragrant dish bursting with warm spices. Prepare fluffy couscous with saffron and ginger and end on a sweet note with mhencha, a flaky almond swirl pastry drizzled with honey and dusted with cinnamon.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

I Enjoyed this class so much! It was my first time, and the Teacher/ Chef and her Sous Chef made me feel so welcomed. I learned so much and had no trouble with anything due to the Chefs excellent explanation and teaching skills. I highly recommend this or any upcoming classes. Will definitely be back!
