This skill-focused cooking class provides a fun, hands-on environment for home cooks to practice fundamental knife work techniques. You’ll receive valuable feedback from your chef instructor while you slice, dice and chop. As you sharpen these essential knife skills, you’ll enhance your cooking safety, efficiency and presentation while building confidence in the kitchen.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
