Led by an expert chef, you'll master an elegant four-course Italian meal.

Indulge in the comforting flavors of Italian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. Begin with a delicious antipasti, bruschetta with basil pesto and crispy prosciutto. Master the art of pasta puttanesca, a savory dish bursting with tomatoes, olives, capers and garlic. Prepare an elegant olive oil poached salmon with a rich and silky texture and end on a sweet note with classic zeppole served with a luscious chocolate-hazelnut dipping sauce.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We cooked NY strip steak, pesto gnocchi, salad and gelato. Our experience was very positive- Chef Scott was very engaging and knowledgable and did a great job engaging our team and teaching us different techniques that we didn't know. We really enjoyed our experience last night

I Enjoyed this class so much! It was my first time, and the Teacher/ Chef and her Sous Chef made me feel so welcomed. I learned so much and had no trouble with anything due to the Chefs excellent explanation and teaching skills. I highly recommend this or any upcoming classes. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time with Chef David cooking French bistro food. All the ingredients were fresh and we learned helpful tips and tricks. The setup was great and we had access to all the tools and equipment we needed.
