This gourmet cooking class spotlights modern fine dining infused with global influences and flavor-enhancing techniques. Guided by the chef, you’ll crust and sear steak to drizzle with homemade herb oil, then balance flavors and textures with caramelized carrots and bold harissa yogurt. Finally, elevate your pastry skills with a luxurious treat served with fragrant rose pistachio cream.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
