WHAT YOU’LL DO

Fall in love with the vibrant, regional flavors of Tuscany
In this hands-on cooking class, you and your date can get cozy in the kitchen while crafting a charming Italian meal. Guided by the chef, you’ll practice searing tender steak and learn to shape and cook potato gnocchi to enrobe in fresh Italian sauces. For a sweet ending, indulge in luscious mint chocolate chip gelato.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.

Great class! You do work in a table of 4, so if there are fewer in your group, you will be paired with others who are touching your food. The chef is very adamant about hand washing and everything felt very sanitary though. We've made homemade pasta before, but have always struggled with filled pastas - whether you had experience or not, this was a fun class where everyone learned something!

Class held at Sur la table in King of Prussia mall on Jan 12, 25. The Chef gets a 5 star review. Knowledgeable and pleasant. However, menu was not the one we signed up for. Class was cramped so the hands on learning experience was too limited for my expectation. Eating standing up was a negative. I guess I should have asked but getting a “seat at the Chef’s table” meant something different to me. I would take a class in another setting. Paying $89 to cut an onion and eat standing up is not my idea of a fun/educational event. Too rushed to take pictures…
