Master the art of pan-searing scallops to perfection, flavoring them with lemon and capers. Make homemade penne for a savory carbonara with cured pork and a sprinkle of Pecorino Romano. Indulge with an apple crostata served alongside cinnamon ice cream and caramel sauce for dessert.
