Discover the art of making pasta from scratch.

Discover why nothing compares to fresh homemade pasta in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Debbie. Rooted in the culinary traditions passed down by Italian nonnas, this session takes you from flour and eggs to beautifully shaped pasta – made entirely by hand or with a pasta machine.

You'll begin by preparing bruschetta from scratch before mixing, kneading and rolling fresh pasta dough. The pasta is then shaped and paired with your choice of two classic sauces – a rich vodka sauce or a bright, fresh alla checca. Alongside, you'll toss a crisp endive salad to balance the richness of the pasta course. Book your spot and bring the Italian nonna tradition to your own kitchen.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Journey Culinary and chef Deborah Dupuis hosted a private cooking class for my family group of 6. They readily helped arrange a menu alternative to meet a dietary restriction for one of our group. Chef Deborah was friendly and informative as we moved through meal preparation. The Italian meal we created was delicious! The space was intimate and we very much enjoyed the activity together as a family. We plan to go back and we recommend Journey Culinary to others.
