Start by mastering the classic method of crafting gnocchi, shaping tender potatoes into shell-like forms bursting with flavor. Then, transform your finished delicacies into a memorable meal, complete with two distinct sauces, a refreshing salad and homemade crème brûlée for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
