Cooking Class - New title

What You’ll Do

Prepare a mouthwatering steak tagliata with rich risotto for a crave-worthy meal.

Utilize practical culinary techniques and classic flavor combinations for a fresh take on surf and turf. Balsamic vinegar infuses flavor and tenderizes the steak before you sear it in a cast iron pan, while a topping of arugula and fried capers ensures the perfect balance of salt and fat in every bite. Next, fold pancetta and shrimp into a buttery risotto base for a fluffy and rich accompaniment to the slightly acidic steak. For dessert, create crunchy nut brittle by caramelizing sugar and hazelnuts to top vanilla panna cotta.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
