WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn the fundamentals of making your own sushi creations.
Discover simple techniques to craft sushi specialties in your own kitchen. Practice a foolproof method for turning out rice that's the perfect texture for wrapping and rolling. Put it to use making a selection of vegetable hand rolls, crispy tempura rolls and more. You'll also prepare an umami-laden dipping sauce.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The “French Bistro “ class was excellent. Chef Sam was knowledgeable and entertaining. The menu was delicious. The kitchen classroom was bright, spacious and well-equipped. We would definitely recommend this hands-on class and intend to sign up for additional classes.
