Cooking Class - An Asian Feast

What You’ll Do

Use a variety of high-quality ingredients to create an Asian feast from scratch.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Corey will show you how to make a four-course Asian meal brimming with flavor, along with smart culinary techniques that will elevate your everyday cooking.

First, Chef Corey will teach you how to make a salad featuring crispy pork belly, an assortment of fresh vegetables and zingy sesame ginger dressing. Then, cook up shrimp pad Thai with carrots and shallots, and a Korean-inspired edamame and pork belly dish. End class by learning how to shape mochi for a classic Japanese dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Corey is a culinary professional. He loves culinary because of the fast paced social art form. He loves providing beautiful dishes for his guests. He taught me some great knife skills on how to properly sharpen a knife which is a very crucial skill.
