WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn the foundations of traditional Italian pasta making with Chef Kia.
In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Kia guides you as you prepare fresh dough and form classic pasta shapes from scratch along with sauces to pair with each dish.
Begin with your handmade pasta dough, forming shapes such as spaghetti and penne. Then, Chef Kia will show you how to craft a bright tomato and basil sauce to accompany spaghetti and a vodka sauce for a shrimp and penne dish. You will also build a hearty bolognese with vibrant cherry peppers and handmade gnocchi.
