Under Chef Elliott's expert guidance, you can enjoy cooking breakfast at any time of day.
Who says breakfast should only be served in the morning? Not Chef Elliott! In this interactive cooking class, he will teach you how to use fresh ingredients and refined techniques to bring your breakfast and brunch dishes to the next level.
To start off the class, you'll prepare shrimp and grits served with light and fluffy hominy. Next, you'll lightly fry mouthwatering salmon croquettes, then mix together a bold Southwestern scramble packed with flavor. When it's time for dessert, look forward to making then digging into decadent cinnamon honey buns.
