What You’ll Do

Join your teammates as you create classic ravioli from scratch with Chef Chris.

Chef Chris, who is trained in Italian cooking techniques, will utilize his culinary expertise in this team building cooking class that spotlights a handful of traditional recipes from Italy.

From starter to dessert, you and your team will make everything from scratch, beginning with oven-baked Italian bread studded with tomatoes and rosemary, and a fresh radicchio salad. Chef Chris will then teach you how to mix, roll and cut pasta dough for two ravioli fillings: Pork and vegetables, and spinach and ricotta. For dessert, you'll bake up an authentic Italian crostata.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.

Our evening with Chef Chris was so much fun. A unique way to spend time with good friends! Chef Chris was a great teacher and we made a delicious meal. He was very well organized and kept us all on task! Would love to do it again sometime!
