The class was fabulous!!! She didnâ€™t waste time having us prep & chop. She got right into cooking the various dishes. Having the printed recipes was helpful & allowed us to write additional notes. She stresses organic and fresh everything, which is important to me. Her camera over stove allowed us to watch what was going on in the pan as she prepared each dish. At the end we all sat in a beautiful outdoor setting & ate the meal while listening to more tips and stories about India. She had various items for sale, like homemade ghee & a bag of all the spices measured out for each dish we prepared. Perfect in every way!

If youâ€™ve ever wanted to experiment with learning how to cook Indian Cuisine- this class is for you! Chef Ayeshaâ€™s class was spectacular! I learned a lot while having fun. She is patient, funny, warm and a great teacher. Her explanations are thorough and easy to understand. The cooking environment was cozy and intimate. She is clearly passionate about Indian cuisine and imparting her knowledge of the spices used, both health benefits and flavors. The next best part was the deliciousness of what we cooked. I had not one favorite but all were my favorite!!! Thank you Ayesha for the wonderful experience!!!

We are not experienced chefs and were a bit intimidated to take our first Indian cooking class. It was a Valentine's Day gift so we arrived at Chef Ayesha's house, wine in hand not knowing what to expect. What we found was an enthusiastic, organized and extremely knowledgeable chef who could explain from the most basic to the most complicated steps and made it all come together seamlessly. The food was outstanding, the recipes easy and organized, and the ambiance felt like a family get together. We left excited and armed to take on our new challenge, with a new group of friends to boot. What a GREAT experience!
