After risking her life to come to the U.S., Chef Yary gave everything she had to the art of cooking. She's passionate about food, and has studied with great chefs all over Europe. Chef Yary focuses on fresh ingredients, and showcases their natural beauty, aroma and taste.

This is a great class. Chef Yary grew up in a kitchen in Cuba and she carries it's flavours in her heart and shares them readily with her students. She is clear and easy to follow and her food is a delicious as it is gorgeous. Highly reccomended.
