What You’ll Do

Uncover the secrets to crafting homemade paella with Chef Yary!

Work alongside your colleagues to uncover the secretes of Basque Paella, one of the most popular dishes in Northern Spain. Under the guidance of Chef Yary, your team will prepare a seasonal salad and Paella of their choosing. Guests can request either a vegetarian, meat or seafood paella. Complete the preparations by creating an irresistible honey-orange crema catalana.

Originally from Cuba, Chef Yary has spent time training at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and has focused on perfecting Spanish cuisine from the Basque Region while working with organic and locally sourced ingredients.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Growing up, Chef Yary's bed was right next to the stove in her mother's professional kitchen in Cuba, so she learned all about cooking from an early age. After risking her life to come to the U.S., Chef Yary gave everything she had to the art of cooking. She's passionate about food, and has studied with great chefs all over Europe. Chef Yary focuses on fresh ingredients, and showcases their natural beauty, aroma and taste.

This is a great class. Chef Yary grew up in a kitchen in Cuba and she carries it's flavours in her heart and shares them readily with her students. She is clear and easy to follow and her food is a delicious as it is gorgeous. Highly reccomended.
