Make fresh pasta dough from scratch, then finish it with bright basil pesto sauce.

Fresh pasta changes everything and Chef Jimmy makes it feel totally doable in this hands-on cooking class. You’ll start by mixing a simple blend of flour and eggs to create a classic dough you can use again and again.

Then, learn how to roll it out properly and slice it into tender homemade pasta, using techniques that make a big difference in texture and bite. To complete the dish, you’ll prepare a vibrant pesto sauce with basil, olive oil and garlic, then toss everything together for a fresh, flavorful meal worth repeating.
