Master one of Rome's most talked-about pasta dishes in this hands-on cooking class focused on the fundamentals of classic Italian cooking. From a crisp bruschetta opener to a rich chocolate budino, every dish is built on simple ingredients handled with precision and care.

 

The session opens with bruschetta topped with fresh tomato and basil before moving into the main event – a classic spaghetti alla carbonara, where the technique behind achieving a silky, egg-based sauce without scrambling takes center stage.
