Meet your chef
Following his military service, Chef Jimmy pursued his culinary passion by attending cooking school, and was recognized as a "certified culinarian" by the American Culinary Federation after his apprenticeship. He has worked at some of the nation's top establishments, like the Ritz Carlton Hotel and the Allison, and in 2013, Chef Jimmy was honored as one of the "Best Chefs in Louisiana" and was chosen by fellow chefs as a promising "young gun" in the culinary world.

This was a fun class. We learned a lot and enjoyed eating the sushi we made. Jimmy was a great teachet.
