Discover the rustic flavors of the Italian countryside in a hands-on cooking class. Learn to make restaurant-quality cuisine from a five-star professional chef in an engaging environment.

Start with a spread of appetizers including, fresh Caprese salad, savory bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with blue cheese and crusty crostinis spread with fresh pesto. For the main course enjoy creamy Tuscan chicken with orzo, sundried tomatoes, artichokes and a side of brown butter broccoli with garlic and a fresh squeeze of lemon. End your class with rich chocolate budino or a seasonal fruit panna cotta for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
