Soon after, Michael created and ran a successful catering business for many years before transitioning to the private chef industry, where he has focused his energy for the last five years.

Chef Michael was fantastic. I learned some things and he was great with my 9 year old nephew. We got to be as involved as we wanted and had fun along the way. There was so much food and it was all so yummy. I will definately take another class with Chef Michael!

I treated my friend to a cooking class for her birthday and I'm so glad I did. Chef Michael was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and lots of fun. He tailored the experience to our cooking level and let us decide how hands-on we wanted to be. It's worth mentioning that the food was also delicious and I now know how to make tamales from scratch! 100% would recommend to anyone.
