He pursued experiences in fine dining at such restaurants as Citrus@Social and the Getty center, where he grew his passion and skills. Soon after, Michael created and ran a successful catering business for many years before transitioning to the private chef industry, where he has focused his energy for the last five years.

I received cozy meal as a surprise Valentine's Day present and I loved it. The evening was fun, interactive, hands on and yummy. Chef Michael not only guided us through each step but also gave us so many cool facts on the cooking process I learned several new things that evening. Overall we had a wonderful time and I'd highly suggest this to anyone looking for a fun cooking experience. P.s this makes a great date night surprise
