I received cozy meal as a surprise Valentine's Day present and I loved it. The evening was fun, interactive, hands on and yummy. Chef Michael not only guided us through each step but also gave us so many cool facts on the cooking process I learned several new things that evening. Overall we had a wonderful time and I'd highly suggest this to anyone looking for a fun cooking experience. P.s this makes a great date night surprise

Our group of 4 (my parents, my girlfriend and I) really enjoyed our Mexican cooking class with Micheal. The food was delicious and he gave us lots of awesome tips. We LOVED the salsa and the guac, and the recipes were simple enough that we can make them on our own. Thanks Michael!

My Girlfriend and I attended Chef Michael's Traditional Mexican Tacos and Tamales class for her birthday and it was excellent. Chef Michael provided a comfortable and clean cooking environment in his lovely home. He focused on the techniques and concepts rather than just the ingredients to provide us with new tools and techniques for when we cook at home. If you are thinking of taking a class with Cozymeal, you will not be disappointed with Chef Michael. We are definitely going to book a class with him in the future.

Chef Michael was very personable and answered our questions expertly and could laugh at his mistakes. His focus is on ratios and concepts versus specific recipes which fit us well. This was his first execution of the salads class. I liked potato salad for the first time ever!

This was a great class. Chef Michael is exceptionally knowledgeable and shares it with his students. I got to learn all aspects of the class. I feel that I can go home and make everything I learned easily I would definitely encourage people looking for a good cooking class with an exceptionally friendly and helpful teacher, to take a class from Chef Michael.

Chef Michael was fantastic. I learned some things and he was great with my 9 year old nephew. We got to be as involved as we wanted and had fun along the way. There was so much food and it was all so yummy. I will definately take another class with Chef Michael!

I treated my friend to a cooking class for her birthday and I'm so glad I did. Chef Michael was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and lots of fun. He tailored the experience to our cooking level and let us decide how hands-on we wanted to be. It's worth mentioning that the food was also delicious and I now know how to make tamales from scratch! 100% would recommend to anyone.
