In one of her final roles, Chef Seyhan worked alongside Michelin-starred Chef Ronny Embark, deepening her expertise in fine dining. Trained in culinary school in Turkey and later specializing in pastry at Savor School under Kirsten Tibballs, Chef Seyhan seamlessly blends Mediterranean influences—Turkish, Greek and Italian—with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients. Chef Seyhan is amazing!!! She came for our 15th wedding anniversary and I can’t think of a better way to spend my evening. She’s a lovely woman and extremely talented with her cooking skills!! I will certainly have her again. She is welcome in our home anytime.
