In this private chef experience, the chef invites you on a multi-course journey highlighting iconic flavors, textures and techniques from across Asia. To start, a fresh wakame seaweed salad awakens the palate followed by savory fried pork gyozas. The main course is the chef’s take on rich tonkatsu ramen. For dessert, indulge in an elegant treat that celebrates modern fusion with a silky matcha tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Mert is very personable and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating with his schedule and took his time answering any questions. My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience as well as learning so many things about Italian cuisine. We enjoyed the meal and took away more than just a delicious take home tiramisu… now we can make our own! Thank you so much for your time and knowledge.
