Chef David came to cook us Thanksmas! The Surf & Turf meal he prepared was divine! The crab cakes moist and flavorful, the tenderloin cooked to perfection, the flourless chocolate cake simply decadent. Not only was dinner a highlight, Chef David himself is a joy to be around. You can feel how much he enjoys sharing his gift of cooking with the people he serves. Thanks for making our holiday celebration extra special!

Chef David’s class is an experience in tastes. He is so knowledgable about how various ingredients add to the final total flavor. We learned a lot from him, information we will bring home and try to incorporate into our own cooking. Plus he’s a very warm and friendly man. We enjoyed the entire experience with him!

We cooked Ceviche, Lomas Saltaldo & dessert. It was a fun evening! Chef David is personable and quite talented. He set us up to assist with each round--although the pisco sours might have slowed us down a bit. haha We learned a lot about food prep and everything turned out delicious. He was quite flexible in the dessert choice teaching us how to make an amazing dairy free mousse made with coconut milk. I would definitely recommend him.

Chef David recently led a charcuterie board cooking class for our organization, and I cannot recommend him enough. Not only was he punctual and professional, but his personable nature and fun-loving attitude made the entire experience enjoyable for everyone. The quality of his ingredients and tools was outstanding, and it was evident that he takes great pride in what he does. The class was not only informative but also a whole lot of fun, and Chef David's expertise and passion for cooking shone through. This was such a wonderful experience, highly recommend David!! We did the South American cooking night for a friends birthday. He arrived early, brought all the ingredients and set up. He taught us about the culture around the food we were eating, and we put together a meal that was restaurant worthy and absolutely incredible. David brought all the food and equipment, and even cleaned up! We love talking to him, and learning from him. This was really such a special experience we hope to do again.
