Fall in love with France in this private chef experience as you explore scrumptious authentic French recipes prepared by a world-class chef. You'll begin by tasting small pancake blinis topped with crГЁme fraГ®che and smoked salmon, and a salad brimming with freshly sourced ingredients like arugula, goat cheese and walnuts. Enjoy an entrГ©e of beef braised in red wine, celery, onions and carrots, and finish with traditional crГЁme brГ»lГ©e.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef David recently led a charcuterie board cooking class for our organization, and I cannot recommend him enough. Not only was he punctual and professional, but his personable nature and fun-loving attitude made the entire experience enjoyable for everyone. The quality of his ingredients and tools was outstanding, and it was evident that he takes great pride in what he does. The class was not only informative but also a whole lot of fun, and Chef David's expertise and passion for cooking shone through. We were thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the event, and we look forward to working with Chef David again in the future.
