Fall in love with France in this private chef experience as you explore scrumptious authentic French recipes prepared by a world-class chef. You'll begin by tasting small pancake blinis topped with crème fraîche and smoked salmon, and a salad brimming with freshly sourced ingredients like arugula, goat cheese and walnuts. Enjoy an entrée of beef braised in red wine, celery, onions and carrots, and finish with traditional crème brûlée.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef David came to cook us Thanksmas! The Surf & Turf meal he prepared was divine! The crab cakes moist and flavorful, the tenderloin cooked to perfection, the flourless chocolate cake simply decadent. Not only was dinner a highlight, Chef David himself is a joy to be around. You can feel how much he enjoys sharing his gift of cooking with the people he serves. Thanks for making our holiday celebration extra special!

Chef David was funny, personable, and an excellent chef and teacher. The end result was the best ceviche and lomo saltado we have ever eaten. It was an evening we will remember forever.

Chef David’s class is an experience in tastes. He is so knowledgable about how various ingredients add to the final total flavor. We learned a lot from him, information we will bring home and try to incorporate into our own cooking. Plus he’s a very warm and friendly man. We enjoyed the entire experience with him!
