He has been featured on numerous TV morning shows including KTLA & Fox40 as well as in the New York Times. His restaurant has won more than a dozen culinary awards including being named one of the 10 best restaurants in Los Angeles by OpenTable. He has taught more than 200 cooking classes and developed over 300 recipes.

I had the pleasure to enjoy chef Ron's food during my last trip to Los Angeles. He is very knowledgable, very passionate about vegan and healthy diets and certainly one of the best vegan chefs that I know. Can't recommend his vegan cooking classes enough.
