Her travels took her to the East Coast while she helped open a variety of restaurants and cafes. Now settled in Dallas, Chef Kate loves spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors with her granddaughters.

I had such an amazing experience in cooking class! Even though I was the only student that day, Brealynn made it feel like a full class. She has such a wonderful energy and made me feel completely at ease, helping calm my nerves and build my confidence in the kitchen. We made chicken fried steak, broccolini, and mac & cheese — and everything turned out so delicious! The two hours flew by because it was such a fun, engaging, and encouraging experience. What really stood out was how generous Brealynn was with her time and knowledge. She shared extra tips, offered her contact information in case I have questions when cooking on my own, and made sure I left feeling successful. Even her colleagues were also so kind and welcoming. Overall, this class exceeded my expectations in every way. I left inspired and excited to cook again — I’ll absolutely be back for another class soon!
