Pan-roasted chicken, green beans, French onion soup, and vanilla crÃ¨me brÃ»lÃ©e â€” what an incredible menu for our first experience! We even learned about GBD (Golden Brown Delicious), and that crispy chicken skin was absolutely to die for. It was perfection. We also learned the proper technique for blanching green beans, which made such a difference in both color and texture. All of the seasonings and sauces were made from scratch and came together so easily â€” and everything exceeded my expectations in flavor. Truly an amazing first-time experience. We walked away inspired, full, and already wanting to recreate it at home!

Absolutely loved this experience. Chef Erin was wonderful, warm, engaging, and made everything feel easy and fun from start to finish. We were celebrating my wifeâ€™s birthday, and the atmosphere was made even more special by another couple celebrating their anniversary, which added such a sweet, joyful vibe to the evening. Amazing food, good wine, great company, and a truly memorable night. Highly recommend!

In a word, Erin was amazing. The class is in her home and from start to finish she walks you thru the three course meal. We didnâ€™t know what to expect but the menu and her execution was top notch. Not only did we leave full and extremely happy with the food, but we are confident we could reproduce it. We highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking to shake it up and do something other than just dinner out.

Excellent experience. Erin is engaging and really knows her stuff. We learned a lot from her: No special appliances or exotic ingredients required. She starts with quality ingredients and strives for no more than 5 ingredients in any given dish. Stuffed mushrooms, grilled asparagus with hollandaise, cherry tomatoes sweated in butter, outstanding steak and then a strawberry in Belgian chocolate. Highly recommended. LC & Brenda

He wasn't our chef. We had another lady. I don't recall ever seeing him at all actually. We did have fun though. Macarons were a bit messed up and the caramel the lady chef made was messed up too haha. Things could've gone better, but good experience nonetheless.

Chef Craig was very engaged with all of us. There were 14 in total in the group yet he successfully navigated around the room and answered everyoneâ€™s questions. We prepared a delicious spinach & beet salad making the dressing from scratch. We made a caramel sauce to pour over the cooked pears which were topped with an englaze sauce. Fingerling potatoes and a delicious steak that we were taught to season and cook to perfection! We highly recommend this experience! The cooking stations are paired into groups of 4 so if you want to experience this along with friends and family, group yourselves into groups of 4. You wonâ€™t regret it! Thanks for ALL the cooking tips, Chef Craig!!

We baked macaroon cookies. The chef was very good at explaining each step. The class was fun, but too long. It took 3 hours to bake 8 cookies we came home with. The class was definitely overpriced.

We had Chef Westin and the class was great and delicious food. I did however expect that dessert was part of the cooking instructions. It would have been nice if there was at the very least a demonstration by the Chef on making the dessert while we stirred Risotto for the 30+ mins. We were just handed our soufflÃ© rather than learn how to make it. Overall great class. Thank you

An amazing experience all thanks to Chef Chris. He is professional, yet fun to learn from and work with. Ingredients were very fresh, and the recipes we made were very tasty and easy to follow. We will absolutely do this experience again and if possible, we would like to work with Chef Chris as well. To say that this experience was "amazing" or "really fun" or some other basic way of describing a good thing wouldn't do it justice. This experience and class FAR EXCEEDED my expectations! I booked this as a birthday surprise for my GF and wasn't really sure what to expect. From the moment Chef Rose opened the door and invited us into her home, we were blown away!! Not only was the food amazing, but Chef Rose knows how to teach and inspire cooking beyond your wildest dreams. She worked with my timid GF (who had no misgivings about letting Chef know that she was shy in the kitchen), as well as another student in the class. Chef Rose was patient, kind, and inspiring to bring out the best in both of them! Our class started with some very basic skills like peeling an orange (the way professionals do it, not the way us commoners do) ... we then made an exquisite salad ... simple yet complex and tasty all at the same time. Then Chef Rose taught us how to properly cut and peel potatoes, and make THE ABSOLUTE BEST FRENCH FRIES I HAVE EVER HAD!!! (spoiler alert - we didnt use an air fryer and we didnt use a deep fryer) ... and finally we learned about properly seasoning steaks and how to cook them to the perfect temperature with an amazing sauce to finish them off! IF that was everything the class was about it would be enough. Just the learning and tasting of food from a world-class chef (who by the way has been a private chef for several well known celebrities) ... but again, that's not all! Chef Rose and her husband David were welcoming and some of the most hospitable hosts I have ever had the pleasure of spending an evening with. Not only did they welcome us to their homes with open arms, Chef's husband Greg shared his knowledge about some of the finest wines and pairings known to man (ask to see their incredible 2000 bottle collection!). Finally the evening ended with all us sitting down and breaking bread together and sharing in the complete delight of what we had accomplished. OH yeah - and I can't forget the INCREDIBLE DESSERT Chef prepared for us (along with Coffee and Espresso). Whether you have ever cooked a day in your life, or you consider yourself to be an amateur professional, this class is for you! The worst thing about the class is that there is only one "Chef Rose" and we can't all hire her to be our private chef (because we would). TRULY AN AMAZING, MIND-BLOWING, and SPECIAL EVENING!! Thank you Chef Rose and Cozymeal...

We could not recommend Chef Sara enough! We hosted a corporate event for 20 women and the class Sara put together was enjoyed by everyone. She was extremely organized and had everything pre-measured to make the process as smooth as possible. All we had to do was bring the wine and soft drinks -- she had bottled water, cups, and wine openers at the ready. Additionally, she was very personable and was as hands-on or as hands-off as each team needed. It was a social, interactive experience -- exactly what we were looking for.
