Chef Sharon was well prepared and involved all of us in the meal prep. Food was fresh and seasonal. However, the skirt steak for the entree was fatty and grizzly. No recipes to follow during the class. She could have sent them to us ahead of time so we could follow along. Overall it was a good experience, but the entree could have been a higher quality.

We had an absolutely amazing time with Chef Kayla! The food was delicious and the conversation was marvelous, plus she was wonderful about us taking lots of photos and notes so that we can replicate her yummy recipes in the future. We were staying in a hotel apartment that didn't have many kitchen accessories, but she brought everything we needed. Chef Kayla was a very gracious instructor who cleaned as she cooked so the place was sparkling when she left. We would definitely recommend this class to anyone wanting to enjoy some authentic New Orleans cuisine from a chef who intends to open her own place in the near future!

We could not recommend Chef Sara more!! It was an amazing experience where we learned so much and had a blast in the process. There was never an awkward moment and we enjoyed some crazy delicious food. Super thankful for the experience she created for me and my wife!

Chef Rose was Amazing! As a complete newbie to cooking Chef Rose was extremely supportive to me by making it ok to make mistakes and ask oddball questions. OMG! I had no idea of what to expect, and my husband and I were wondering if we made the right decision to do something out of the ordinary to celebrate our six month anniversary. She did not disappoint! Her customer service was everything! Her food was amazing, and she used quality ingredients. It was worth every penny, and then some.

Detailed, personable, and talented! Going into Chef Rose's "The Joy of Pizza Making," my friend and I were beyond nervous. I do not cook because I can't take the heat; however, Chef Rose made it simple and walked us through every step. She is incredibly knowledgeable, from giving us some scientific facts (e.g. how yeast works, etc) to how to properly hold and use a knife. She is also a wonderful teacher. I definitely learned a few things. In a time of COVID, she made it clear when we walked in that her home is completely clean and that she and her family takes all the necessary precautions when going out. Attendees were at least 6' apart and Chef Rose totally respected our decision to keep our masks on when we weren't eating. I would absolutely take another class from Chef Rose in a heartbeat. She's super friendly, a master of her craft, and can make a novice feel comfortable and confident in the kitchen. I highly recommend booking at least one of Chef Rose's classes. She can't disappoint.

Had a wonderful time with Chef Lula in the class. She brought all the supplies with her and was very patience with us since this was the first time we were doing a cooking class. She went over all the instructions very slowly for us to understand and grasp the chemistry behind the way she cooked all the dishes. She was also kind enough to go out of her way and get meat from a specific meat market due to the religious dietary restrictions we had. I would recommend her class for anyone who wants to learn some good appetizers, steaks and desserts.

My wife got me the cooking session with Chef Sara as a part of birthday gift and I couldnвЂ™t have been more thrilled. It was the best bday gift one could ask for! I understand that constructive feedback is helpful but the truth is I honest couldnвЂ™t think of any constructive criticism, she was the absolute the best and very professional, yet it was like having a friend in the kitchen, teaching us how to properly cook. Rose is charming and has this way of bringing magic into the kitchen. Nerves? Forget them. Hesitations? Forgotten. She made me feel welcome from the very start. As is I were just apart of her family. Her professionalism is stunning. Her recipes are golden. It felt good to be taught by someone so passionate despite how many years she has cooked. That passion created a lovely meal that I canвЂ™t believe I got to help create. The chicken is incredible and she even got me, one who doesnвЂ™t like cherries, to be a fan of her cherry pie. Chef Rose is a wonderful chef who really down to earth with an amazing home. She has her own cute garden for some of the ingredients, which for my made it that much more special. I am not a person to just talk to a stranger, but she really made us feel comfortable. She really took the time to walk us through each stuff. And the food was amazing. We took most of it home. Enjoyed every second.
