Indulge in a feast of Italian flavors with homemade pasta as the centerpiece.
Put pasta in the spotlight in this cooking class celebrating the finest and freshest Italian foods. Following the chef instructor, you’ll learn how to make a pasta dough and pair with simply cooked shrimp, tomatoes and basil, accompanied by a light summer salad. Then, end the evening with a smooth, refreshing affogato dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

What an amazing class! The Chef was super prepared and made our experience seamless. I would highly recommend to anyone considering taking this class. It is also awesome we were able to bring a bottle of wine just like we would when cooking at home.

Meet your chef
Chef Kate has been surrounded by the food industry since childhood. Her dream of becoming a chef led her to a 30-year career working as an Executive Chef for some of the largest corporations in the world. Her travels took her to the East Coast while she helped open a variety of restaurants and cafes. Now settled in Dallas, Chef Kate loves spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors with her granddaughters.
