WHAT YOU’LL DO
Young chefs will dive into a world of global flavors in this hands-on five-day cooking class series with Chef Sharon, who will make kids feel genuinely at home in the kitchen. Every session is kept to a maximum of six young chefs to ensure plenty of personal attention, guidance and hands-on time at the counter.
The week travels through five countries – handmade fettuccine and gnocchi from Italy on Monday, arepas from Venezuela on Tuesday, vegetable dumplings from China on Wednesday, veggie sushi rolls from Japan on Thursday and fresh spring rolls from Vietnam on Friday. Young chefs will sharpen safe knife skills, learn to mix and roll dough and master the art of dumpling folding along the way. Each day, one signature dish is prepared and every lesson builds real kitchen confidence. Book this series and let the global adventure begin.
Skills young chefs will learn:
Open to ages 6–10, this drop-off experience runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM, chef-guided from start to finish in a fully electric kitchen with no open flames. All ingredients and materials are included.
