What You’ll Do

Explore four courses of vibrant island fare made completely from scratch.

Chef Sharon has designed an impressive menu for this hands-on cooking class that's intended to teach you all about Caribbean ingredients, as well as how to use different techniques to forge new and exciting flavor combinations.

You will start by cooking up a black bean cream soup topped with bright avocado before building a plantain tostada teeming with fresh shrimp and white fish, avocado and a drizzle of spicy aioli. Next, learn how to make your own ricotta cheese, which you'll pair with juicy citrus, and make an eggless coconut flan for a tropical dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Everything was delicious, and there was a friendly, chill vibe. Also, the ingredients were affordable, and the recipes were easy to follow and something we feel confident repeating on my own. The only thing is that we wish it was a bit more private or had the spacer to ourselves.

Chef Sharon was an absolute delight! I purchased a class as a gift for my husband’s birthday, he loved it. Chef Sharon was very patient with us and we enjoyed a wonderful meal. We would absolutely do this again!
