After working in various restaurants through high school and beyond, he developed a taste for finer cuisine. The instructor was Kellyanne, and the class did not meet our expectations. She was knowledgeable enough about making the noodles for the ramen, but the time wasn’t managed well. The class started 15 minutes late and ran over 30 late. Someone had been to the store and dropped off the mushrooms and edamame for the class about 30 minutes after it started. Not enough preparation was done ahead of the class because she was able to talk us through the noodle making steps but she was too preoccupied making the pork, hydrating mushrooms, steeping the seaweed, cooking edamame, redoing dough, etc at the same time. This is the second class in a week that I took at Sur le Table (Austin and Dallas) and I definitely expected more quality from them. I feel as though the $320 I spent though Cozymeal for the French Pastry class for one and the Ramen class for two was wasted. I would never take another class from Sur le Table and wish I had chosen a different option from CozyMeal. I wish I could recommend, but I cannot based on these two experiences.
