Pan-roasted chicken, green beans, French onion soup, and vanilla crÃ¨me brÃ»lÃ©e â€” what an incredible menu for our first experience! We even learned about GBD (Golden Brown Delicious), and that crispy chicken skin was absolutely to die for. It was perfection. We also learned the proper technique for blanching green beans, which made such a difference in both color and texture. All of the seasonings and sauces were made from scratch and came together so easily â€” and everything exceeded my expectations in flavor. Truly an amazing first-time experience. We walked away inspired, full, and already wanting to recreate it at home!

Content was good for a beginner home cook, but nothing new for more seasoned home cooks. The resident chef was engaging and projected a good energy. I wish we could have done more our selves like pounding out the chicken or learning a more traditional way to roll out gnocchi. The dessert was given to us instead of letting us make any of it.

He wasn't our chef. We had another lady. I don't recall ever seeing him at all actually. We did have fun though. Macarons were a bit messed up and the caramel the lady chef made was messed up too haha. Things could've gone better, but good experience nonetheless.

Wonderful experience! My husband and I went to the French Autumn cooking class with Chef Michael and had a great time. The food turned out delicious, we learned a lot and we got to take the recipes home. I loved that it was a meal we could definitely replicate at home when hosting friends or family. I would attend another class and would recommend this as a gift for anyone.

We had Chef Westin and the class was great and delicious food. I did however expect that dessert was part of the cooking instructions. It would have been nice if there was at the very least a demonstration by the Chef on making the dessert while we stirred Risotto for the 30+ mins. We were just handed our soufflÃ© rather than learn how to make it. Overall great class. Thank you

The instructor was Kellyanne, and the class did not meet our expectations. She was knowledgeable enough about making the noodles for the ramen, but the time wasnâ€™t managed well. The class started 15 minutes late and ran over 30 late. Someone had been to the store and dropped off the mushrooms and edamame for the class about 30 minutes after it started. Not enough preparation was done ahead of the class because she was able to talk us through the noodle making steps but she was too preoccupied making the pork, hydrating mushrooms, steeping the seaweed, cooking edamame, redoing dough, etc at the same time. This is the second class in a week that I took and I definitely expected more quality from them. I feel as though the $320 I spent though Cozymeal for the French Pastry class for one and the Ramen class for two was wasted. I would never take another class and wish I had chosen a different option from CozyMeal. I wish I could recommend, but I cannot based on these two experiences.

Croissant Class Review â€“ Disorganized and Unhygienic Experience I attended this croissant-making class with two friends, excited to learn something new and enjoy a fun day out. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expectedâ€”and not in a good way. To start, we werenâ€™t given the printed recipe until the end of the class, which made it difficult to follow along or understand the steps ahead of time. Instructions were given verbally and often too late. For example, we were told to mix salt into the flour in the first step, but the instructor didnâ€™t know which unlabeled container had the salt. We unknowingly mixed in sugar instead. As we moved on to the dough-making process, the dough seemed overly dry. Rather than helping us adjust it with clear measurements or guidance, the instructor pulled a jug of milk from the fridge and poured an unmeasured amount into the mix. Moments later, she declared the dough unusable and tossed it in the trash, which left us confused and frustrated. The issues continued during the rolling and shaping phases. We had already started rolling out the dough before the instructor explained it had to be done in a very specific way. And when it came time to fold the chocolate croissants, she explained the technique only to one person at a different table. Our group followed what we saw, but when we finally received the recipe at the end, we realized we had folded them incorrectly. But the most unacceptable part of the experience came toward the end of the class: I spotted a roach on our workstation. It climbed up onto the table, and the fourth person at our station had to throw it away. That was the final straw for us. Overall, this class was disorganized, poorly managed, and unsanitary. While the idea of a croissant class is appealing, the execution here missed the mark in just about every way.

Nice teacher but would have preferred to not share a station - 4 people meant we spent too much time waiting and watching. Wished we had come home with baked croissants since that was the main feature advertised. Otherwise we learned a lot and the cinnamon rolls and pain de chocolate were delicious.

The class was informative &â€™ I cannot wait to cook the recipe myself at home. The only thing I would change would be the large amount of other students in the class. It felt a bit rushed through. I was hoping for a bit more teacher/student learning experience, especially with all of the chopping that was needed. I am looking forward to taking more cooking classes, but I am not sure Iâ€™ll visit this place again.
