We drove from Shreveport to New Orleans and Chef Vivian was not there for my 12 noon class. I had 4 other excited people with me to take the class. I was embarrassed because I had booked this class for us. Disappointed because it didnвЂ™t happen. I got confirmation I was booked and received no notice that she would not be there. A long drive for nothing! ?

Chef Vivian was welcoming, professional, and a great teacher. We loved hearing about the history of the area. Chef Vivian was knowledgeable and entertaining in telling us how the dishes we made became so popular here. We felt very special to share a kitchen with such an experienced chef. She showed us how to вЂњcook with love.вЂќ The food tasted amazing! With her personality and skill, Vivian should have her own show on tv. We had a wonderful time and canвЂ™t wait for another chance to book with Chef Vivian!
