Chef Myisha takes you on a journey through Spain as you make time-honored favorites.

Join Chef Myisha in this hands-on cooking class as you handcraft a menu of iconic Spanish classics from appetizer to dessert using fresh and authentic ingredients.

Begin with a chef-prepared spread of Spanish tapas. Then, learn how to make papas bravas, or fried potatoes, with herby chimichurri and spicy aioli sauce, and a traditional seafood and long-grain rice paella with shrimp, crab, octopus and linguiça sausage. End class by whipping up a rich and creamy Spanish flan covered in a decadent caramel sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With over 20 years of experience as a culinary arts instructor, Chef Myisha clearly loves sharing her knowledge and expertise gained from many years in the kitchen. Her grocery game is pretty strong, too. She’s been on Food Network twice and won an episode of "Guy’s Grocery Games." Chef Myisha has worked as a sous chef, executive chef and chef de cuisine in Michigan, New York and Seattle, where she has also been featured on local TV.
