What You’ll Do

Roll up your sleeves as you study and create the flavors of New Orleans.

Craft a handful of Louisiana favorites for a well-rounded, classic Creole meal in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Vivian. You'll master the art of perfectly seasoned recipes from starter to dessert.

First, you'll fry up bite-sized pieces of Cajun-seasoned alligator tail, dipped in Louisiana hot sauce. Next, learn how to expertly prepare shrimp and grits seasoned with Worcestershire-spiked butter and a kick of vinegar. And for dessert, handcraft your own pillowy-soft beignets dusted in powdered sugar with guidance from Chef Vivian.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Vivian was fantastic! She was warm and welcoming. She knew her stuff and had fantastic stories. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our cooking experience with her! We will be booking with her in the future!
