What You’ll Do

Chef Myisha will teach you how to expertly prepare a pair of classic Italian favorites.

In this Italian-inspired cooking class, Chef Myisha will teach you how to carefully craft two types of handmade stuffed pasta using a variety of seasonal ingredients bursting with fresh flavor.

Begin by charring radicchio for a sophisticated salad with whipped goat cheese and pistachio crumble. Using your homemade pasta dough, you'll prepare ravioli filled with chicken and mushrooms, and fill and fold tortellini with bright butternut squash. A chocolatey Amarone wine mousse with ladyfingers makes the perfect ending to your meal of Italian favorites.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
