Chef Vivian is awesome! My friend and I had a wonderful time getting to know her and learning about the history of New Orleans cooking from her. She had everything pre-prepped and was great at walking us through all of the steps of making the food. The food turned out incredible and the whole experience was the highlight of my trip to NOLA! Would definitely recommend taking a class with her!

Chef Vivian is a delight! The class was well organized and she had prepped everything ahead of time, making it super relaxing for our group. We had fun cooking and eating and enjoyed VivianвЂ™s stories and history lessons. And the food was delicious, especially the bread pudding!

Chef Vivian is knowledgeable about the history behind New Orleans cuisine. She shared with us her professional experience and made the evening fun and lighthearted. We cooked, drank, laughed, and just had an amazing time. The food was better than anything IвЂ™ve gotten at a restaurant. We drove from Shreveport to New Orleans and Chef Vivian was not there for my 12 noon class. I had 4 other excited people with me to take the class. I was embarrassed because I had booked this class for us. Disappointed because it didnвЂ™t happen. I got confirmation I was booked and received no notice that she would not be there. A long drive for nothing! ?
