The Frangipane Pear Tart was the perfect ending! When she finished, the kitchen was in order, and all guests were happy and full, it was a great experience!

I wanted to treat my parents to a memorable evening to celebrate their wedding anniversary and found Cozy Meal and Chef Annie’s Italian-themed cooking class. It was my first time booking a Cozy Meal and had no idea what to expect. The overall experience from beginning to end surpassed my expectations — we had the most delightful evening with Chef Annie! She arrived with all her cooking utensils and high quality ingredients and immediately introduced herself and the menu for the evening. She made us feel that we could partake in as much or as little of the cooking as we’d like. She delighted us with her conversation about her travels to Italy and her knowledge and passion for cooking. She encouraged us to form the pasta dough, to try our hand at the pasta machine, and to learn how easy it is to make homemade ricotta. Chef Annie was so patient and generous with her cooking knowledge. We savored our homemade meal, cooked and baked to perfection. Thank you Chef Annie for a wonderfully memorable evening! We look forward to cooking together again!

Chef Annie was sweet and professional. Her homemade tomato jam, bouillabaisse, and pear tart was delicious! She even brought eggs from her own chickens.

Annie was just amazing! My boyfriend and I booked the Caribbean tacos class and she went above and beyond to teach us different techniques and the origin of the food. She even brought her own homemade papaya salsa that was so delicious. Such a great experience; we will definitely be booking again.

Chef Annie is an excellent teacher and explains how to navigate the kitchen, ingredients, and utensils all while enjoying the process of creating decadent food and dessert! She pours a lot of love, passion and good energy into her food and art of cooking. I have really enjoyed recreating some of the meals for friends and family.
