Begin with mini canapГ©s of brie, tomato jam and crisp scallions on toast. Then, prepare a classic coq au vin with root vegetables, creamy herbed potatoes and sautГ©ed asparagus. Close your class with a frangipane pear tart that brings the gourmet goodness of fine French desserts a little closer to home.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

She built a career in accounting before making the leap to culinary school to study baking and pastry arts. She began a business as a private chef while selling her own baked creations on the side. With her transition to culinary instructor, Chef Annie now brings her talents to an exciting new arena.
