Christina was such an amazing teacher! She came very prepped and organized and was such a kind and personable person. Chef Christina was wonderful! She is pleasant, polite, fun, and knowledgeable. She shares many helpful tips, tricks, and possible ingredient substitute suggestions during her class. She was also very accommodating so our friend could make a gluten free dessert. The food was delicious and I would highly recommend Chef Christina and her French Bistro Class!

There's certainly a reason chef Christina gets five stars from everyone! She has a lot of experience and was able to break down a lot of misconceptions & also simplify our understanding of making macrons. Ours turned out great! Highly recommended.
