There's certainly a reason chef Christina gets five stars from everyone! She has a lot of experience and was able to break down a lot of misconceptions & also simplify our understanding of making macrons. Ours turned out great! Highly recommended.

Chef Christina was wonderful! She is pleasant, polite, fun, and knowledgeable. She shares many helpful tips, tricks, and possible ingredient substitute suggestions during her class.
